Vegan flavour



For 2 people:

  • 2 vegan fish burgers
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • cucumber
  • dill
  • 500 grams soy quark
  • oil for frying

  1. Chop the dill finely and mix through the soy curd.

  2. Then season with a pinch of salt and pepper and put the sauce in the fridge.

  3. Fry the fish burgers as instructed on the packaging.

  4. Warm the hamburger buns in the oven until they are nice and crispy and then cut them in half.

  1. Place the burger on the bottom of the bun.

  2. Place a leaf of lettuce and a slice of cucumber on the fish burger.

  3. The sauce can then be added as a topping, as much as you like.
